Learn to shop smarter save money on food The Des Moines Register

Learn to save money by shopping smarter and wasting less food at an eight week nutrition and health program. Two sessions are offered. One starts Wednesday and the other Saturday March . Both are at the Grimes Public Library N. James St. The free program by the Iowa State Extension office is open to pregnant and single mothers. Anyone who meets low income criteria gets food stamps or free or reduced school lunches for their children may be eligible. The Wednesday class will meet from to p.m. weekly.
